JAKE’S PRIORITIES

  • Fight to reduce the exorbitant cost of $150+ red light camera tickets that burden citizens with unfair fees and penalties.

  • Cap how much property tax grievance firms, like Maidenbaum, can take charge homeowners. Tax cert firms take advantage of homeowners by charging 50% in fees. Let’s put an end to this abuse.

  • Put an end to price gouging by private utility companies like Liberty Water.

  • Fight for additional traffic calming measures along dangerous roads like Woodfield Road and Nassau Boulevard

  • Ease the burden on hard working families by fighting to lower property taxes and reducing back-door taxes like red light camera ticket fines.

  • Keep our communities safe by increasing police funding, promoting community-oriented policing initiatives, training, and implementing crime prevention programs.

  • Prioritize our suburban quality of life by maintaining safe neighborhoods, investing in new roads, parks and infrastructure. Ensure that any new housing development take place with direct local community support.

  • Our community deserves better representation and services. Jake will bring fresh leadership and a renewed commitment to improving the lives of all constituents.
